Worthy of note PT is facing some hard times, and will be one of many agencies around the country to be laying off operators in the next couple of months due to budget cuts. Our prayers are with the families of the newly unemployed.
Egh, that bus needed a new paint job anyways, it's in the old scheme. So now this justifies it!
I agree with the above note, however...Pierce Transit, from an outsider's view, has done a remarkable job of expanding and providing cost-effective transit services in its region (compare Pierce Transit to Cherriots!) but apparently the citizens in the county didn't agree. So pretty soon, Pierce Transit is going to be a lot more like Cherriots.

When they realize they do not need 14 levels of management.....I mean really.
