Do you have operators who deny risky driving behaviors even after
something has been clearly observed by a Supervisor? Quite often the
operator can quote the proper procedure and actually believes they
adhered to such guidance - when in reality they haven't. This is known
as "Unconscious Incompetence". The individual doesn't even recognize they are doing anything wrong.
