The only Trimet patrons that never face fare increases are fareless square riders.
That's transit equity isn't it?

The folks who most likely get property tax breaks are the ones that get the free service and the subsidized City of Portland Streetcar.

Cities like Tualatin and Tigard that are employer-hungry pay more in taxes than what they receive from TriMet.

But TriMet isn't funded by property taxes, and downtown does indeed generate a lot of payroll taxes for TriMet.
