I seriously wonder if they staid up all night trying to game out all the different ways this very small area at the end of the train can be used. did they have some sort of Arthurian round table of high paid managers working late into the night, sleeves rolled up working on a list of who could use the bike area, or.. and I think this is more likely, just before someone went home on friday they suddenly realized that they had a policy changed and no excuse other then “Hey lets stick it too em”
This has all the hallmark of someone looking up from their computer seeing they had only two minutes to go until the end of friday and shouting. “Hey someone give me a couple of other uses for the bike area?
“Strollers” shouts one employee grabbing up their car keys.
