Someone could infiltrate a press conference like that, either holding up a sign behind it or asking some tough questions, like about salaries or "what have you done to control the actual health care costs? Isn't asking employees to pay for it just a back door wage cut?" or "How many people do you have in your safety and track maintenance departments?"
That being said, you have to say that Mary is doing a very good job.
