Bob, a current retiree, was brought back by Neil Mcfarlane (Neil only hires his pals) at the sum of $200k/yr to do something, I guess find problems? He talks about new operators having accidents, that should obvious. Bus operator is one job that can be evaluated by objective data that should be readily available and not requiring complex analysis

Remember, he is supposed to make $180k in the 2014 budget....or was it $200k the math was fuzzy according to Lane Jensen.
