1-Please get to the bottom of the 'secret raises' that were handed out at the exact same time as Trimet raised fares and cut service

2-Please investigate Trimet's claim that there were running in a deficit last year since all of a sudden this year this is a surplus. OPAL disputed the claim and history has proven OPAL to have been correct. Their finances need to be closely audited as to truthfulness.

3-Trimet routinely amends contracts adding millions and millions and the board routinely approves each of these contracts amendments. It appears that whenever a bid is accepted, the bidder has easy access to change his bid after being awarded contracts.

4-Please investigate the general manager's hiring of his personal friends to key executive positions without competition. I am speaking of Harry Sapporta, Bob Nelson, And David Auxier.

5-Please investigate the 'double dippers' Auxier and Nelson. Mcfarlane claimed that Auxier was only temporary but that turned out to be a lie.

6-Please investigate why the board forces the public that has testimony to wait till the end of the long boring meeting before making testimony. What good is testimony if the meeting is over. C-Tran does it at the beginning of the meeting not at the end. It discourages public input.

7-Please investigate why the bus service has been cut year after year while improving max service. This is clearly discriminatory against low income people.

8-Please investigate why Trimet rail park and rides are free.

9-Please investigate why Trimet refuses to answer OPAL's request for a three hour transfer. They've had months to investigate that yet they continue to string OPAL along.

10-please investigate why Trimet refuses to deal with operator safety complaints unless operators take their own time to fill out cumbersome forms.

12-please investigate why Trimet refuses to refund the illegal charge it made to its operators for health insurance premiums in 2009/2010.
