SO HOW MUCH IS FAST FREDDIE AND BRIAN (the ghost) PULLING IN FROM TRIMET?
Fast Freddie is hauling down $15,551 a month!
And Brian the ghost is hauling down $10,799 a month!
THE MAYOR OF PORTLAND OREGON IS PAID $118,008 A YEAR WHEN HE IS MAYOR! THE MAYOR OF BEAVERTON MAKES $132,000 A YEAR WHILE HE IS MAYOR!

Looks like Fred & Brian (and Neil) probably have a union style "you get $X per month for the rest of your life" style pension plan. Resolution 11-06-29 (June 8 2011) has this wording:
At its February 26, 2003 meeting, the Board adopted Resolution 03-02-08 establishing a Defined Contribution Retirement Plan for TriMet Management and Staff Employees. Effective April 28, 2003, all newly hired, non-union employees are required to enroll in the Plan.
IMO: You should FOIA request the "Terms of the pension plan that Fred, Brian, Carolyn and NEIL are enrolled in including but not limited to how the pension benefit is calculated, the conditions under which payments are made, how long the payments will be made for, etc."
So let's see...Freddie gets $186,612 per year for doing absolutely NOTHING. And Mr. Brian over there gets $129,588 per year to do absolutely nothing. And then you wonder why TriMet has a 'budget deficit'. ...but boy. It sure would be nice to be paid so much to do nothing. Smart idea getting outa your GM job at TriMet, Freddie! Now you can get almost the same pay for sitting on your butt and doing nothing!
