And how are each and every one of these positions essential to the day to day operations of transit?
These positions aren't filled and TriMet is actually providing some level of service now...I don't recall ever seeing a Linux/UNIX server on a bus, nor have I ever encountered much "Customer Information" while on the bus or "Communication" (I get more updates from Al and the Unofficial TriMet alerts tweeters than I do TriMet's Ministry of DisInformation and Propraganda.)
