Timbers report

Real Trimet supervisory reports:

We had originally planned on staffing at Lloyd Center during pre-event. However, Transit Police were conducting an undercover mission there and requested all identifiable staff to vacate the area.
Sunset TC (Lauren & Merlin): Steadily busy activity increased sales due to the match not being included in the ticket package. Galleria (Ed & Julie): Heightened efforts at Galleria to raise awareness of the end of the Free Rail Zone proved helpful but did not completely eliminate citations at JELD-WEN. TVMs were not accepting cash. Westbound at JW (Beth): Inspectors/Supervisors were kept very busy. One such incidence resulted in calling Police. The offender apparently has had previous violations; staff was familiar with him. Police remained on-site for the duration of the pre-event which proved effective at keeping a civil tone. They were even able to address customers who had jumped the barriers to avoid inspection. Eastbound at JW (Grant): A smooth pre-event with few problems. Many customers had grabbed their pre-validated tickets for Saturday 5/26 without noting the date. Inspectors graciously forgave them and allowed them to purchase tickets from customer service for round trip to avoid a warning/citation.
Post-Event: Again increased sales activity due to the match not being included in the ticket package. Service was adequate and matched demand.
