WB delay due to police searching the train and then a stuck bridge plate on train 9004
Units 9119 and 9120 helped with the crowd while the train was delayed. They also arranged for an extra service bus to take people to PDX. 9004 was delayed for about 20+ minuets so 9120 started getting busses lined up in case we were unable to get the train rolling. We sure could have used customer service to sell tickets as there were long lines at the TVM’s.
