So if I'm reading right, TriMet is NOT the one providing more service, Ride Connection is, and they actually have to demand money from TriMet to do that uncertain to the results. Wow.
Instead of dealing with every little transit agency and organization, the Federal government gives transit money to the large agency in the area and has them dole it out.

Trimet is the bully boy on the block no doubt
