Ya especially those engineers, analysts and safety specialists, what would we do without them??
Shouldn't that Environmental Engineer be declaring that TriMet's oldest buses are not environmentally sound?
Oh, that's right. They only justify clearing out wetlands and trees to make way for MAX projects.
