Wearing earplugs and turning up the volume...i can hear that someone held (grabbed) the drivers arm and held her down.
BTW, the driver stating that no one can leave the bus until the police arrive...if this is happening at a bus stop where you can board/deboard and possibly have the doors open, can they legally hold you against your will like that?
