Mcfarlanes pathetic explanation for giving executive raises
Watch how casually he talks about this, as if it doesn't even matter to him. What a slug this guy is
Even though I couldn't make out a lot of what he was saying, his furtive glances out the window tell me more than if I had been able to understand what he was saying. His demeanor showed guilty nervousness as he attempted to deliver his explanation.
You folks in Portland definitely need somebody else managing your transit agency.
He talks in this mono tone of jumbled words that are littered with bureaucratic buzz words that it makes understanding what he is actually saying hard to hear.
Each one of the 50 non-union staff make over $100,000 per year, how can you not keep employees that make that much? It is "you" and your management style. And why give yourself a rainse in that same time? To keep youself, employed? HB
Did he really say that union employees received their raises during that entire 3 and a half year period that the non union employees did not???? I seem to remember that he froze our wages illegally and then was forced to pay us when the erb said he was retaliating against us and oh yeah our wages are frozen currently as well. Your lies are pathetic Mr Macfarlane.
And a big FU to the board member who said it must have been difficult for the managers to go 3+ years without a raise. If it is difficult making over 200,000.00 a year then what do you call making 70,000.00 a year?????? FU all you arrogant pricks
