UNFAIR LABOR PRACTICE:
SAFETY
DISPARAGING TREATMENT:
Not the first time they've accused me of something then refused to tell me what it was.
1.) Charging me with INSUBORDINATION
Refused to tell me what I was accused of.
2.) Putting me on Administrative Leave.
When asked why, Mark Poulson, "I don't know."
3.) Conducting an investigation. What did I do?
"We can't discuss an on-going investigation."
4.) Clearing me back to work BUT STILL INVESTIGATING. Why? I haven't had any sleep. I can't drive safely.

I can verify Ellen's claim of psychological torture. I used to rant about this when I was an employee there.
The one thing they're highly proficient at - RETALIATION. Thanks for posting the links, Al.
The important thing for newbies at Trimet to understand here is that they will lie to your face with impunity.
When asked "why am I on administrative leave" and they answer "i don't know" that's a bold faced lie.
They lie as the normal course of business, and people need to be made aware of it.
There should be a rule in the contract that says they can't take action against you without an explanation.
Also, the response to "I don't know" should be "Well can you find out? Obviously there's a reason"
