IS MAX REALLY ON TIME LIKE TRIMET SAYS IT IS?

Since the development of JASON MCHUFF'S new tracking application it is now possible to keep track of every single bus and train in operation at Trimet. Since I have been monitoring this, TRIMET'S DATA is starting to appear contrived. The picture below is pretty typical since I have been monitoring this data and its nowhere near 85% on time.
