The Trimet 'checkbook' still hasn't been updated

Warner is making statements like "Trimet is the most transparent agency' that he has ever seen. All that means is that his career in 'public service' has been shrouded in secrecy and deception if he believes that. Take the Trimet checkbook. It still has not been updated since March. 

A truly transparent agency would update that every month. But as we keep pointing out here at blog central, just because the Trimet hacks use the word 'transparency' doesn't mean it actually exists.
