Remember when Cornelius Booker thought he could fire Jackie? Our favorite daily newspaper had published an article listing the operators with the most customer complaints. David Hoffman and Jackie made the list because they were attempting to have people pay their fares, so they were generating many CSIs. Booker came in with his "Team Merlo" crap and wanted to give her the boot. The guy was clueless and thought he alone could bypass all protocol. Thank goodness Jackie is still here and he's long gone.

As Cornelius Booker left Phil Davis came, I'm surprised he is not assigned to Merlo Garage.
From what I've heard, Phil Davis would be better then Robert Romo.
