It's amazing in the video how much noise is picked up. Gotta love those trains that require not one, not two, but THREE diesel engines to make them move.
But "anonymous" is correct...TriMet COULD make the bus system very appealing. It COULD have new, comfortable buses. It COULD have comfortable seats. It COULD have decent HVAC systems. It COULD have "free" wi-fi. It COULD have everything that WES has. TriMet simply chooses to make bus service so unappealing, so undesirable, so as to discourage its use.

You know, the buses *could* be that way too, TriMet just chooses not to spend money on that sort of thing.
