Take people waiting to sign the leave book.
You have to ask them to get up and initial the book at midnight, which should be automatic for a good station agent.
There can be nobody in line, maybe one person waiting to sign the book,these new station agents will actually make that person sit there and wait for midnight before they will allow them to sign!
That's called stupidity of regulations and managers who don't have a clue how to handle people.
