It would be more clear if it said, "FEB 2012", but you can see they paid $92 for it. What do you think about the prevalence of Honored citizen passes compared to 2 zone or All zone monthly passes? There are some who suggest (although it's not p.c. to do so) that this is a big loophole in the fare system-that large numbers of unqualified people are using the Honored passes. If so, this is significant because the proposed fare increases do not affect Honored fares and for the first time offer a $2 day pass for Honors.
