We have legal scholars telling us that he is doing these acts with malice with the intention of doing harm.
He is the type of man if he doesn't get his way he is wiling to break laws and cause pain and suffering.
YET HE IS STILL THE GENERAL MANAGER OF TRIMET?
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE GOVERNOR?
WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE SOCK PUPPETS?

Did it ever occur to anyone, that they knew all along that this would probably happen, and they didn't care. All they needed was time to get everything else rolling, make sure that all the contracts with the contractors, that are all in bed with the Board Of Directors. Now they are all getting their money.
Now they get scolded, have to pay us back. That doesn't matter to them because they did a pretty good job of getting the public to resent us
