Why do people get on the bus without the proper fare or ID for their fare? Do you go to the grocery store without money? Do you go to the liquor store without ID and expect to be served? I don't think so. Lets just throw out all the rules and let everyone run wild.
Oh here we go again, hopefully (no pun intended), understand that there "are" rules on the bus and that ops are not paid to take anyones abuse, and thats the bottom line (pun intended). HB
