From a union members point of view its very depressing.
The way they have just completely have dominated the mainstream media over the last several weeks is truly breathtaking.
From the trip to Salem to the announcement of restoring service and no fare increases to the 'coffee with Neil' and the conference calls its like WTF!
This last conference call they actually took a call from Lane (who handled himself very well) and I've seen that Dianne Goodwin actually communicated with Erik!
Trimet might not be that great at running transit anymore but they know how to get the federal money, build light rail,
and run a PR Department!
