Of course the Oligarchs in charge of Trimet aren't interested in thinking outside the box. (If they can't control the box they want nothing to do with it) but somebody at the City of Portland is thinking outside the box!

the models he advocates to Portland. He concedes the work isn't

Well, I have always been of the opinion that outrageous health care costs are the fault of the insurance companies (the providers) and not the workers (the recipients).
Too bad Neil and his cronies, The Oregonian, corporate America, etc. don't see it that way!
