Regarding cell phone rules that require drivers to have them (and all electronic devices) stowed away and not available to distract drivers. The rules also applied to looking at riders cell phones but now we have the new app which on the face of it would break all those rules!

Don't get all worked up yet Lane, they are gonna say they are not holding it so it won't count.
