OUR 'FRAGILE' MAX SYSTEM
Rail is one of the most fragile of modes due to only track for all vehicles and no re-routes possible. When something happens the whole thing becomes useless as a thorough fare...
#TriMet MAX train has struck a pedestrian in Lloyd District. Person still under train. Expect delays.

I love how Joe points the blame right away there. The professionals up here would have worded that "Contact was made between a MAX train and pedestrian, Expect delays."
'Cause odds are the train didnt purposely ram the pedestrian....
