As you can see they are contracting out tons of stuff for MLR (since Trimet managers don't actually do anything but 'oversee') and they are still dicking with OPAL. Who's giving the transfer policy presentation? OPAL or TRIMET? If Trimet can find $1million extra to 'train' st car drivers and $1 million dollars to hand out raises to six figure executives they can give OPAL the three hour evening transfers!
