CLASS ACTION AGAINST TRIMET FOR RIPPING US OFF FOR ROAD RELIEFS HAS BEEN CERTIFIED BY THE COURT
That's correct, the CLASS ACTION against Trimet has been certified by the court despite Trimet legal department maneuvers to get it dismissed and will move forward! A notice will go out to all operators in 20 days
Just the tip of the iceberg. As ops get the shaft on the log-in log-outs of their work, many ops do not know that what you get paid for is whats on the "trip-sheet" not the INIT system's log in log out prompt. So you are getting scheduled time instead of actual time (hopefully I am wrong about this), translation: We are getting ripped off everywhere as ops. So for all ops - FILL OUT YOUR TRIP SHEETS WHILE OUT DOING RELIEFS ON THE ROAD, the company benefits from not paying you properly. You work hard for your pay, so you should get the full pay (this is against federal law). HB
