First
comes light rail, then comes highly subsidized apartments built by
crony developers, usually in hopes of "boosting transit ridership."
Thats the racket engineered by admitted rapist Neil Goldshmidt and his crooked friends.
What
they don't tell you is that money that would go to pay for fire
protection, police, and schools will go to the developers instead. They
also don't tell you that the people who live in the development wont pay
a dime towards essential city services as their property tax is
"frozen" for ten or more years. In the end, the majority of folks who
live in the development will still drive, except dense developments have
more drivers per square mile, meaning there will be much more people
competing for limited space on the roads

Good luck with that.
