Joe you wrote " In March, an investigation by The Oregonian found that TriMet's General Manager Neil McFarlane dipped into a rainy day fund to pay for $910,000 in non-union raises, even as he supported cutting service and raising fares." Why did you write only this? McFarland didn't just " dip" into a rainy day fund and you know it. He publicly on the record stated that there was a pay freeze on for non-union workers when in fact he was giving them raises. He lied about a major issue yet you left that out of the story why? An oversight committee asked him about the big increase in the rainy day fund and he never told them the reason for the big increase was because he was paying for raises out of that fund.
