OFF TO DO A LITTLE INVESTIGATION
One of my good pals has been frustrated over the way the bus 4's have been scheduled and why they are not running as scheduled. He asked me if I would investigate one of the buses departing at the times below to see for myself what is happening on it.

I see the trip right before it starts in the downtown Portland area. One possible solution would be to schedule that bus and maybe the bus before that a few minutes later so they can pick up more of the load.
It would be good to know the timeliness and loads of those trips.
