asking people to survey possible Powell-Division BRT stops…why not run a #trimet No. 4 bus with Limited stop service for 3-4 months?
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic Indeed! But once again, capital projects is in control of Trimet.
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster goal is to create something people, everyone, will use.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic Mass transit is not quantum physics Mass transit is a cash cow for everyone involved with it but torture for people riding it
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster ya not getting arguments out of me, just frustrating knowing the latter part of your last statement.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic American mass transit is crap because the people running it don't use it
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster some places; there's some good transit in America.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic The same thing happened to public transportation that happened to the rest of our government services Gave it away to developers
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic
Hmmm
The goal is this
RELIABLE
COMFORTABLE
FREQUENT
in my humble opinion
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic
All the transit executives should be required to only use mass transit-no car!
Watch How fast things would change
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic and you have to use it all the time like a transit dependent rider
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster ya not getting disagreements out a me there; that big north-south bus gap in E Portland for example.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic these people are going to dig up $200 million to tear up Powell Boulevard
But they can't find the money to make the 71 frequent
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster Trimet No. 71 is an interesting bus route. Many times feel that could be cut into 2 routes by Parkrose.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic they should cut lots of those bus routes up
But they want "productivity" from the employee slaves
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster I've taken the No. 4 bus from Gresham through Center City up to Lombard, & it's still continuing to St Johns…That's a route!
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic it's ridiculous !
It's Inhumane !
I really believe that
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster that is a tough, one of the tough, bus routes…that's why I thank the drivers, & have some understanding to the few angry 1s.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic there is no excuse for putting drivers through that kind of torture
And where is the union? Nowhere
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster that is a tough, one of the tough, bus routes…that's why I thank the drivers, & have some understanding to the few angry 1s.
— Brian R. (@bgrmosaic) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic McFarlane steals $1 million in raises for himself and his buddies while pleading poverty and he gets away with it!
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic you have people like McFarlane hiring all these old buddies and he can get away with it
With impunity
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@bgrmosaic I consider the Trimet executive class a criminal class.
It's all legal but they operate as thugs do
— AL M (@AlYourPalster) January 14, 2016
@AlYourPalster rarely happens but every once in a while, like on the No. 75 bus, there's 1 driver that is working on their last nerve.

limited stops will hardly do anything for the four. coming out of Portland Division is one lane each way and at peek hours it's the traffic not the riders that hold you up. I can tell you this for a fact because I have driven this rout empty and without anyone to pick up. Made very little difference on my time. After 82nd the traffic clears up for a while except at 122nd
