Bus 'sinks into bark dust'

Real Trimet supervisory reports:

Operator  stated that the bus alarms were all going off, low coolant ect. she pulled it on to the shoulder as the bus was dying. the operator did not realize the shoulder was very soft first half of the shoulder was gravel the second half was bark dust. The passenger side of the bus started sinking in the bark dust, and when she got the bus started again she tried to pull it out, the wheel spun and got the bus in deeper and deeper. operator also stated all the buzzer lights came on again and died.
