At 12:20pm I was asked to make contact with 56/68 for a Direct Access. The complaint was that while on Beaverton-Hillsdale the Operator was on his cell phone / driving fast / and was rude.
I meet the operator eastbound on Beaverton-Hillsdale & Shattuck.
I told the Operator I have a Direct Access which means a customer has called in a complaint and I am mandated to make contact with him.
He replied ok.
I told him a customer has stated that he was on the phone @ 11:45am heading Westbound on Beaverton-Hillsdale hwy.
I asked him if he was on the phone. He said No.
I told him the customer states he was driving fast. He replied Nice.
I told him the customer states he was rude. He replied Sweet.
I let him know I would be documenting his response. He said ok.
He then stated they can't pull my personal records anyway. I told him that was between him and the Mgr.
He made some other comment about the leagality of the company pulling the personal records and again I told him it was between him and the Mgr.
He was polite and replied to all my questions.
