Police arrested a man and woman after a high speed chase that under
up with an SUV stuck on the MAX tracks in Northeast Portland early
Tuesday morning.
Tyler Woods, 23, was charged with Criminal
Mischief in the First Degree, Interfering with a Peace Officer, Criminal
Trespass in the First Degree, and Criminal Trespass in the Second
Degree.
At the glass plant, the man, later identified as Woods, locked
himself inside a bathroom and was eventually arrested after officers
used a battering ram to open the door.
The SUV was removed from the MAX tracks after about 40 minutes.

It sounds like that actually affected freight train tracks and not MAX tracks. MAX doesn't go by 102nd and Killingsworth but freight trains do
