HOW MANY PEOPLE ACTUALLY USE LIGHT RAIL
It turns out that in Portland only .85% of all passengers use it. In other words nobody uses it yet they make this huge deal out of it. Propaganda does wonders.
A calculation using numbers that might not be comparable from a biased group that includes all travel even where rail does not go and where rail would not be practical. Do you really think less than 8% of personal trips in New York City are taken by Subway?

It's a confusing graph, but the figure that applies to the label is actually above the name. So Portland is doing SO MUCH BETTER at 0.85%!!
And you didn't think anyone was riding rail!!!!
Oh really, thanks I missed that, almost 1%!

I see no problem with the methodology used to find the percentages
