Interesting case; it defends an employee's basic right w/protections by calling out internal mismanagement and not allowing TriMet to manipulate State and Federal laws. Seems warranted for ATU to studiously review this case in depth. On a final note--TriMet's John Free is not a particularly sound employee. Free's actions in this matter were intentionaly dishonest and deplorable.
