The time has arrived for the first court hearing. I obviously think I will get nowhere on this but I intend to make my case to the Judge anyway. I did send union president Bruce Hansen a message and asked for the unions help but got no response, which I guess is the same thing as saying NO WAY JOSE.
So I'm on my own, it probably will be dismissed at this hearing but at least I tried, more than I see anybody else doing.
