LANE JENSON HAS CONFRONTATION WITH LEAD SUPERVISOR

People dealing with Lane have to realize this man has  a pretty high IQ, he is NOT as he appears.
Mr Radford is not intimidated. That's good. I thought he acted professionally. Unfortunately Lane has rights and he is NOT BOTHERING ANYBODY.
So stop chasing him around.

I made the following comment on Lane's blog:

There was one other thing that this supervisor did that I THINK WAS ILLEGAL, he ran a R-CHECK ON LANE BEFORE REQUESTING TO SEE HIS VALID FARE.
It is my understanding that the TRIMET CODE only allows a TRIMET EMPLOYEE to ask to see valid fare. If there is NO VALID FARE, then the employee can ask for ID!
THIS INSPECTOR HAD NO RIGHT TO ASK FOR R-CHECK SINCE HE DID NOT ASK FOR VALID FARE.
THAT IS A VIOLATION OF THE TRIMET CODE!
