Invalidating every single ticket that was in possession of riders when deleting zones
There were most likely thousands of these out in the community. Trimet had been telling people for years to 'buy your tickets in advance' so you won't have problems at ticket machines then they went ahead and made all those tickets expire. NO REFUNDS ALLOWED, you are just shit out of luck.
Totally the wrong thing to do. Those tickets should have retained some value-FOREVER!
