I fully support ATU 757 president Bruce Hansen's boycotting of the labor talks.
Trimet continues to use bully tactics to get its way and there is no point negotiating with bullies.
Mcfarlane says he will be heading down to Salem to reverse the binding arbitration rule.
Last time I looked the house and senate was evenly split between republicans and democrats. With a 'democrat' (term used loosely) in the governors chair. (kitzhaber won election because of union support, but he has chosen to turn his back on unions, not surprising since they all are Repulicrats in reality)
Good luck Mcfarlane trying to get that reversed, of course any legislators who vote in favor should be cut off from any further union support.
Don't negotiate with bullies!
If
you let a bully come in your front yard, he'll be on your porch the
next day and the day after that he'll rape your wife in your own bed.
