. Coordinate a variety of administration activities for Manager,
Compensation and staff. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings,
ordering salary surveys, maintaining inventory of office documents and
forms, maintaining department equipment.
2. Assist with annual
and specific compensation related projects including salary survey
participation and merit increase process. Maintain accurate records,
produce copies, assist with communication, gather information and
identify business process improvements. Maintain compensation
information and policies on Agency internal website.
