what the heck is going on there?
crossing the tracks away from a crosswalk (or not getting permission from control, and vested, to enter the right-of-way)
Is there a law in not crossing tracks where not prohibited? I dont see any signs, or barriers preventing it. The filled in tracks only suggests its ok. This type of thing is common at San Diego Light rail Stations.
I don't think anybody follows that law over there.
