LANE JENSEN HAS ACHIEVED NOTORIETY AT TRIMET

I just got a report from Lane that when he called customer service on the phone the PERSON ANSWERING THE PHONE KNEW WHO HE AS AND REFUSED TO TAKE A COMPLAINT saying 'they were aware of the situation and nothing can be done"

The amazing part is that is was the CLERK ON THE PHONE that gave him that answer, not an actual customer service rep.

WOW LANE-you have achieved notoriety at all levels of Trimet.

Lane kind of reminds me of the boy who cried wolf. He is going to need some help and no one will take him seriously. Agitation has its place, but he keeps trying to make big issues out of everyday stuff.
