Trimet union busters hired

Two insiders of course. It's interesting that the union thing is emphasized. Not sure why that would be in there other than union busting protocols. Direct from the City of Portland police bureau no less.
Sure glad I am no longer an employee over there.

Christopher Parra and Eric Sarha begin employment today, March 30, 2015 as TriMet’s newest HR Business Partners.

Christopher will support Transportation, and his desk will be located at Center Street on the third floor near Transportation.
Eric will support Maintenance and Safety and his desk will also be on the third floor of Center Street near Transportation.

Both Christopher and Eric have worked together as a team, previously serving as the two HR Business Partners for the City of Portland, Portland Police Bureau.  In addition to other roles, Christopher previously served as the recruiting manager for City of Salem, and Eric has extensive health and safety experience. Both candidates also have extensive public sector HR background in unionized environments.

I am thrilled we were able to attract two such talented individuals, and that we are now able to dedicate additional support to the Transportation, Maintenance, and Safety Divisions with expertise directly applicable to their operating needs.
