I'll place bets that no judge will rule in TriMet's favor, and TriMet will be out the money, PLUS the legal fees, PLUS probably get countersued and have to pay.
And if it goes to a jury, TriMet ought to know better that juries overwhelmingly favor the "little guy" over a big corporation.

And almost all the Trimet drivers are oblivious to all of this. Or maybe they just don't care.
