Easy..its "the" low income area and the most frequented route, the 72 and its a income generator for the company, i'm sure if you went further back, before Jeld-Wen that number would probably be higher. Then compare it to other areas in the service area, no other tageted area other than the poor. Almost none on the westside. HB
Line 72 crosses at Killingsworth, not at Albina/Mississippi.
But Albina/Mississippi is a center platform allowing checking riders in both directions without walking back and forth between different platforms and formerly the first paid stop.
