Ok Bruce use Rep Gorseks bill, spruce it up and tweek it to create an initiative to put on the ballot to get rid of those board members and make them elected, not appointed, and accountable to all.Its time that the ATU members, their family's and neighbors gather the 35,000 signatures needed to topel this monarchy and de thrown Neil.

That's been tried, the Gov. threatened VETO, then it got morphed into a performance audit, due out in Feb.
